ZEN is turning 2, oh my!!!

the chinese gender chart really works!

this chart - found in an ancient tomb near beijing, predicts a baby's gender based on the mother's age and month of conception. it is said to be over 90% accurate.

since i am a pisces dreamer, i researched five different chinese gender predictor charts online, all of which said that the month of may 2011 is a probable month for us to conceive a girl!

as rambunctious as zen is, we knew three things for sure:
1. we wanted to have one more keiki
2. we definitely wanted to try for a girl
3. we might as well enjoy the journey! ;D

everything happens in divine time. and we conceived our sweet lil love sienna mahina that very same month!! mahalo ke akua, na aumakua, na kupuna for this precious gift of life and for all of our blessings, amene.

although i would've loved to take naps,
my days were spent taking care of zen,
and training at lani wai.
woke up at 6am
went to bed at 9pm

*the Universe is definitely preparing me to be a true multi-tasking working mommy!

2nd trimester . sleep patterns ::

thank goodness for gma, aunty lala, aunty carrie,
aunty pohai day care, grandma airleen, daddy
and my new part-time schedule at lani wai ...
i've been able to have balance, peace, and sunshine!

wake up btwn 7am-9am
off to bed no later than midnight! ;)
